Serious Duty Flanges Built Tough For Fire & Industrial Use
Flange adapters are available in straight and 30 degree elbow Storz Fittings. All adapters are hard coat anodized for corrosion resistance. Carbon steel 150# ANSI flange is stripped and cleaned of any manufacturing oils or dirt providing a good base for primer adhesion. A Zinc rich primer coat is applied that seals the entire carbon steel flange. A powder coat finish is then applied to the flange – red or black. The primer and top coat include the entire flange and is applied red flange to storz after threads have been cut. These adapters are available with Flat Face or Raised Face Flanges ideal for use in Fixed facilities, pump connections, or other permanent mounting for years of continued service.

All products are shipped within 24 hours of ordering Monday-Friday unless otherwise specified on the individual product description page. Your tracking number will be sent via email. Your item will ship from one of our three warehouses (California, Ohio, New York) depending on your location and stock availability. Most orders ship via USPS Air Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Most items ship free. If you need express shipping, please call us 1 (888) 529-1521 and ask us for help.
✔️ Returns
Returns on most new and unused items are accepted within 30 days of purchase unless items are "Custom Length", "Special Order", "Used or Scrap", "Bulk Discounted Orders", "International Orders" or "Rare Fitting" . Custom length hoses are non-returnable. Custom lengths is anything outside of 25, 50, 75, or 100 feet. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If a return label is issued from Fire Hose Supply the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. A standard 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Returns must be approved before sending in. Contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorizations) before sending in any returns. Once your returns slip with RGA has been issued it will list instructions with a ship-to address. Any return orders sent without an RGA will be rejected.
If the buyer refuses a shipment without first requesting an RGA for any reason the buyer will forfeit their original purchase cost and all additional costs associated with purchasing the product. The buyer will NOT receive a refund. The buyer may request the product be resent within 30 days at the buyers cost. If no contact is made after 30 days of refusal the items will be discarded and the sale will be considered final.

Special order, custom order, bulk discount orders, rare items & international order items cannot be cancelled or returned. Rare fittings include but are not limited to 2", 3", and 3.5" NH (NST) fittings or any NPSH fitting. Please make sure you are 100% sure of the product specifications you are ordering. If you don't fully understand the products you are ordering, please ask us for help to confirm the correct specifications you're looking for. Special order items are usually non-standard parts or bulk orders that are custom made directly from the factory. International orders are shipped as "DAP" and the buyer is responsible for import duty taxes. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you refuse the shipment or duties for any reason you forfeit your original purchase cost and all costs associated with purchasing the product. The seller is not responsible for any import or shipping fees outside of the original purchase price of the goods.
