This hose is dirty! Most our hoses are not worn down and are very clean. Occasionally, we receive hoses that are dirtier than our normal stock. So we'll pass the savings onto you. Purchase these hoses at great prices if you don't mind a dirty hose. Many customers don't mind about a dirtier hose because they are putting them outside anyway. Others like to use these for movie props and prefer them to look "heavily used" to make for a more realistic film. A great way to stretch your budget.
